Sutton Kaizen Consulting Ltd was formed in 1999 and has been providing
Process Improvement services to industry and local government ever
since.
The company works either directly with the end customer
or along side other consultancies and has worked for a variety of
blue chip and local government organisations. Customers like the
way Sutton Kaizen delivers its services, with the emphasis on delivering
long term sustainable change rather than just writing reports.
Geoff
Sutton is the principal consultant and prior to setting up the company,
worked in the automotive aftermarket industry where he learnt the
particular mix of process improvement skills he uses today. His
main area of expertise is in applying Kaizen tools and techniques
to the office and service sectors.
